PAYMENT TERMS

We require payment prior to starting the embellishment. We accept Cheques / Bank transfers and Paypal transfer (3% fee applies)

DELIVERY

We work to the customer deadlines. Most embellishments take about 4 weeks, but we can do 24hr embellishments if required for an additional fee. If you require this service please ensure you call us first!

DELIVERY COSTS

All delivery cost must be covered by the client and the return postage of £7.99 must be included in the payment before the embellishment is undertaken.
