VOUCHER Terms & Conditions

This gift voucher entitles the barer to the value indicated and may be redeemed against services at Rocks to Riches

Voucher is valid 1 year from issue unless stated otherwise and must be redeemed within this period. After this period the voucher is no longer valid

Voucher cannot be redeemed against any postage costs incurred.

Voucher may be used as full or part payment for our services

No change will be given if purchase value is less than face value

Voucher may not be used on items from our boutique unless otherwise stated on the voucher or at point of order.

Voucher must be returned / presented to Rocks to Riches at point of order to be redeemed

Voucher cannot be replaced if lost of stolen and has no other value

The voucher code alone is not valid without the card

Only one voucher per transaction can be used

Vouchers can be requested in denomination of £10 or £20 at point of order / winning, but this cannot be amended after the voucher is issued.
